OstroVit Matcha
Matcha - a Japanese green tea available in powder form, which is characterized by its intense colour. It is an infusion prepared from the leaves of Camellia sinensis L., which are covered with special bamboo or cloth mats about three weeks before harvesting to limit sunlight. This, in turn, causes the leaves of the plant to produce more chlorophyll and reduce tannin production, and they also take on a darker colour. Protecting the plant from the sun also promotes an increase in the level of amino acids in its leaves, resulting in a more aromatic flavour of the pickle. The traditional preparation of matcha is associated with the Japanese tea ceremony and involves an entire ritual. In addition to the classic tea drinking, matcha powder can also be used as a topping for pancakes, salads or desserts.

Preparation
Dissolve 1 serving of 2.5 g (5 scoops) in 200-250 ml of hot but not boiling water. It can also be used as an addition to cakes, milkshakes and soups. Use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml).
Recommended dosage
Take 1 - 2 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women must not use the product.
