China Oolong Se Chung Tea Garden
China Oolong Se Chung is a high-quality oolong tea from the Chinese province of Fujian. You will love this exquisite tea for its distinctive peach aroma and taste, which will especially please all lovers of sweets. You can further enhance the sweet notes of the tea by adding a teaspoon of honey, which will perfectly soften the infusion. Preparing this tea is really simple and anyone can do it in just a few minutes.
Ingredients
Chinese semi-fermented green oolong tea.
Preparation
The preparation of partially oxidised teas is not very different from black teas. Except that they are not watered with boiling water! The water must be allowed to "rest" a little, ideally at 80ºC. We infuse the oolongs for three to four minutes, longer delays do not seriously affect the taste of the tea - it will be bitterer and a little stronger.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
