Tea Garden - Pomegranate & Acai
fruit tea, 500 g
The unique blends are made using fruits and herbs that are dried by a process called. dry freezing - freeze-drying. The fruit must be dried whole (to avoid partial burning of the fruit during freezing) and with a very slow increase in temperature. The process of cooling and drying the fruit as a whole takes much longer than for smaller fruit slices. Plus, it takes a lot more energy to complete the process. Fruits and herbs retain their important freshness and, most importantly, retain up to 90% of their vitamins. When you make fruit tea, the fruit looks fresh and can be eaten.
Your elixir of vitality in a cup
If you are a fruit tea lover, don't hesitate to try the unusual combination of pomegranate and acai berries. If you're not in the mood for hot tea, our pomegranate and acai pair make a unique flavour in which their notes stand out even when cold. How to prepare iced tea? Pour the pre-chilled tea into a glass with a few ice cubes and a refreshing drink with a slightly sour taste is ready. If you prefer your tea sweeter, feel free to add a teaspoon of honey or cane sugar. Now just garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and serve.

Tea and history
Although it is difficult to determine when and where people started drinking tea from historical sources, China, a country with a unique cultural tradition of almost five thousand years, is considered to be the origin of the delicious bitter drink. The ingenuity of the local people has enriched the world with many conveniences. Paper, paper money, silk, porcelain, Bookplate, Gunpowder and the mace were used here many years earlier than in Europe. In addition to their technical skills, original philosophy, traditional medicine and refined art, the Chinese have made their mark on the world's cultural canvas as excellent cooks. Poets, emperors and philosophers have written cookbooks and recipes without embarrassment. No wonder, then, that a strange drink with refreshing effects saw the light of day here, which over time became the second most widely consumed on Earth. The first one remained water.
