Bocelli Andrea: Passione (Remastered 2015) - CD

Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli decided to start 2013 in a really big way. He prepared a long-promised studio album for January! The album entitled “Passione“ was released in January 2013.

Andrea Bocelli last reminded fans three years ago when he released the Christmas-tuned album “My Christmas“, then it was a live recording of his unique concert from New York' s Central Park, but since then there has been complete silence around this “Italian king of tenor“. Now he is finally back with this material, which will please not only lovers of Italian, but also French and Spanish, for example.

On the album, which is already the fourteenth in his discography, Andrea sings in six languages! In addition to the already mentioned speeches, for example, also in Portuguese and Neapolitan, and the whole work is covered by a sixty-three-member orchestra, which Andrea invited to record. As the performer himself adds, it is “a collection of his well-preserved memories, fleeting emotions and sleepless nights, which ends at dawn. ”.

But the album also promises some really interesting and unexpected guests. In addition to the “virtual duet“ with Edith Piaf' s “La Vie En Rose“, it is a joint song with Jennifer Lopez or Nelly Furtado. Probably the biggest surprise, however, will be a new interpretation of the song “Love Me Tender“, which Andrea borrowed from Elvis himself. Together we can look forward to fourteen songs, produced by the famous David Foster, who was also involved in the birth of Bocelli' s successful album “Amore“ from 2006.
