Charity Project - The Porta Vitae Home Hospice helps all terminally ill people in the Tišnov and Kuřim region to stay at home in their home environment surrounded not only by professional care, but also by the love and understanding of their loved ones. It's not just doctors and nurses who go to patients' homes at the end of life, but also a social worker and a psychologist, to help the patient and his caring family cope with everything, what this difficult situation brings and remained available to the widowed and other survivors, for so long, as they need. Health insurance funding is not enough for these activities, so they need your support so that everyone can stay at home until the end.
