Charity Project - The association with branches throughout the Czech Republic has one goal - to help abused, abandoned, neglected, abused or otherwise endangered and socially disadvantaged children. It operates a hotline for pregnant women, Kangaroos (facilities for children with the need for urgent help), shelters for families with children and youth, provides counseling and material assistance to needy families and much more. Contribution will help the operation of the organization and the implementation of assistance.

FUND FOR AT RISK CHILDREN

Kangaroo is an alternative to the institutional care system and provides children with family care until they can return to their families or find a new foster home. It provides care for a maximum of 4 children, which, unlike other facilities, are cared for all week by 1 “aunt“. This has a very positive effect on the feeling of safety and security of each child and allows for an individual approach. Together with “their aunt“, they live in a housing unit equipped just like a normal household. Children are led to responsibility, duties and participation in the running of the household, thanks to which they subsequently have a higher chance of participating in normal life.

The stories of children coming to Klokánek are often shocking and their brutality often surpasses even American films. Please do not be indifferent, they take place all around us.
