Herbs for children and mothers 2
In the herbarium of the successful author's second book, readers will find " the most ordinary" medicinal weeds, but also lesser-known herbs, cereals, vegetables and fruits that can be collected and grown in our country. The publication focuses on the use of plants in the home diet and in the treatment of diseases during pregnancy, breastfeeding and for children. The chapters on healing the body and soul with herbs and aromatherapy are based on the author's personal experience, and the texts on women's issues are also important. Dads who don't want to be left out will also find something to do, as they also like to cook and take full care of their children.
The book is exceptional in its purely author's workmanship - the author grows, collects, draws, photographs and prepares all the plants herself, which she tests on herself and her three children. She is inspired by folk traditions - since time immemorial, grandmothers have known a herb for every illness, helped and advised women how to manage their own and their loved ones' ailments with the help of herbs. Today's moms and dads will discover in the book forgotten but handed down for generations wise advice of our ancestors, healthy recipes and ideas for using plants when creating with children.
