Originally released on Delicious Vinyl in 1992, the album soon secured them a tour with A Tribe Called Quest and De La Soul, as well as a performance at the Lollapalooza festival in 1994. With their more playful approach, witty lyrics, and jazz-infused style, The Pharcyde brought a refreshing change to the hip-hop scene of the time and were praised by both audiences and critics. Today, Bizarre Ride II To The Pharcyde is repeatedly featured on lists of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time.

The album's singles, "Don't Bring Me Down" and "Shine a Little Love", reached number one and number four in the UK respectively. Discovery is a concept album, with its songs telling the story of a group of astronauts travelling to the Moon. LP Record On their debut album "Oracular Spectacular", Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser present a mysterious and prophetic collection of hallucinatory sounds and catchy pop hooks. Their music constantly subverts expectations, owing as much to chaos theory as it does to fractal geometry. Unlike their early, predominantly electronically generated concerts, this album features traditional rock instruments: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and synthesiser – all recorded live.

LP Record Scorpions' second studio album, "Fly To The Rainbow", was released on 1st November 1974 and is the first album the band members produced themselves. The album was released shortly after their "Lonesome Crow" tour, after which Michael Schenker left the band and was replaced by Uli Jon Roth. Stylistically, "Fly To The Rainbow" departed strongly from their debut album "Lonesome Crow" and moved in a more experimental direction, but it already had strong hard rock influences, hinting at the path the band would later take. In addition to singer Klaus Meine, the album also features vocals from Rudolf Schenker ("They Need a Million") and Uli Jon Roth ("Drifting Sun").
