LP Record Sweep It Into Space – the title of Dinosaur Jr.'s new album fits it perfectly. On their thirteenth LP, the trio once again takes us into their own indie rock universe. Alongside J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph, for the first time we also meet Kurt Vile, who co-produced the record. As usual, they headed to Biquiteen in Amherst for the recording sessions. "Sweep It Into Space" was actually supposed to be released last year, but just like for many other musicians, the Corona pandemic thwarted Dinosaur Jr.'s plans. Now, however, the time has finally come. The single "I Ran Away" already revealed what "Sweep It Into Space" sounds like. And it shows: in 2021, Dinosaur Jr. are focusing less on surprises and more on their signature sound.

LP Record On the verge of happiness: Bryan Adams with a new album for 2022. He's one of Canada's most successful pop and rock exports, he's been in the business for 40 years, and his last eight albums have all reached the top five in the German charts: Bryan Adams. The singer, guitarist, and songwriter has now announced a new album for 2022: "So Happy It Hurts" is the follow-up to 2019's "Shine A Light", his 15th studio album. The musician, celebrated for his feel-good rock sound, unveiled the first taste in October with the title track. "So Happy It Hurts" features a total of twelve new songs, all of which Adams co-wrote.

LP Record The tenth studio album from the Dave Matthews Band, Walk Around The Moon, was created during the pandemic and reflects the current times while striving to find common ground.

LP Record Laughing Stock is the sixth and final album by the English rock band Talk Talk, released in 1991. Recorded over the course of a year at London's RAK Studios, the album is characterised by its improvisational and minimalist approach, as well as its dark and melancholic atmosphere. Upon its release, Laughing Stock received a favourable critical reception and is now considered a cult classic.

LP Record Punk rock, guests and a shoe-eating fox Frank Carter returns in 2021 with a new album, accompanied, as always, by his band The Rattlesnakes. "Sticky" is the name of the fourth LP from the British punk rockers, which besides Carter features guitarist Dean Richardson, bassist Tom "Tank" Barclay and drummer Gareth Grover, following on from their 2019 album "End of Suffering". Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes released the title track back in July. According to Carter, it's "about that moment [...] when you're drunk at a bus stop at three in the morning. You know there are no more buses, but you're still sitting there because you're too drunk to figure out your options."

LP Record Car Seat Headrest fans will be thrilled: Will Toledo's 2011 opus, "Twin Fantasy", has been officially reworked! Toledo has known for years that the songs still had room for improvement. Back when he was 19, he recorded "Twin Fantasy" on a cheap laptop. You could hear the "sound of failure" (Brian Eno) in the tracks. In other words, Toledo's first love, to whom the songs are dedicated, was too big for the recording medium. Now, however, with a full band, bigger financial resources, and most importantly, time to think about how everything should sound, he has made his vision a reality. The mix for the drums alone took eight months to get right. This isn't just an alternative version; it's the album Toledo always wanted to make.
