The book presents Robert Šlachta in his new role as the leader of the political movement Oath

Robert Šlachta's entry into politics was preceded by a series of debates with readers over his first book, Thirty Years Under Oath, which he wrote together with Josef Klíma and which became a bestseller. It was at these debates that Robert Šlachta and his closest associates noted the mood of the population and the hunger for a political force to bring order to the country. The founding of the political movement Přísaha was preceded by a petition drive during which Robert Šlachta visited a number of towns, collected signatures in support of his movement, spoke with people, and presented his vision for the new political grouping.

The reportage offers a behind-the-scenes look at Šlacht's road show, introduces readers to the reactions of people and presents the philosophy and vision of the former elite police officer, famous for solving economic cases involving the highest officials of the state.
