Walda Gang: Je Tu Léto (2018) - CD

In the ten years of its existence, the originally revival group has become an attraction for club and festival stages.

From the original intention to play songs from Matušek' s repertoire (e. g. Eldorado, Celebrating from Madrid) eventually got to rock cover versions of Czech and foreign evergreens and hits, but above all to their own songs, entertaining in the best sense of the word. Evidence of this e. g. the fact that even though they have released only TWO albums in the past decade (Walda Gang - 2009, Svařák hop hej - 2012) and sold them themselves without the support of large labels, fans bought a total of about thirty thousand.

Their songs and the band itself appeared in several successful Czech comedies (Sněženky and Machři after 25 years, Veni, vidi, vici, Kameňák 4). But most importantly, their musically and stage-diverse show is a constant attraction and security for visitors and concert organizers.

Frontman Vláďa Šafránek (pause for health reasons) is currently represented at concerts by the new idol of women and girls (but also rock fans) Miro Šmajda, who became famous as a silver finalist of the Czech-Slovak Superstar. Both are represented on the album news.
