Methionine is one of the basic amino acids that make up proteins. It interferes with the biosynthesis of protein, cysteine, carnitine and creatine, the basic building blocks of hair and nails. The human body cannot make this amino acid on its own, so it must be supplied from external sources.
Recommended daily dosage:
1 capsule 2 times a day
