Traditional herbal medicine used in conditions of general restlessness and irritability, in nervously conditioned minor disorders of falling asleep and sleep, functional digestive disorders of nervous origin. The product can be taken by adolescents from 12 years and adults. The use of this traditional herbal medicine is based solely on the experience of long-term use. The pack contains 20 funnel bags.
Dosage and method of use
The recommended dose for adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults is 1 funnel bag 3 times a day. 1 sachet (1.5 g) is poured over 0.25 l of boiling water and left to infuse in a covered container for 5 minutes. It must not be cooked. Tea is drunk warm. For sleep and falling asleep disorders, use 2 funnel bags per 1 cup of tea, drink the tea ½ - 1 hour before bedtime before going to sleep. The infusion is always prepared fresh, immediately before use. If you do not feel better or feel worse within 4 weeks, consult your doctor. Do not use the Nerve Tea Mixture for more than 6 weeks without consulting a doctor.
Contraindications
Like all medicines, this medicine may have side effects, but they may not occur in everyone. Due to the content of valerian root, digestive disorders may occur (e.g. feeling like vomiting, cramps in the abdomen), allergic reactions to fennel affecting the skin or respiratory tract may also occur system, and gastroesophageal reflux (return of stomach contents back into the esophagus, manifesting as heartburn).
Notice
Read the package insert carefully. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the medicinal substances of the preparation, preparations with peppermint or to menthol, to plants of the Apiaceae family (e.g. anise, cumin, celery, coriander, dill) or for anethol. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you think, that you might be pregnant, or you're planning to get pregnant, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, before using this product. The nerve tea blend is not recommended for use during pregnancy and lactation due to lack of data.
Storage
Store at temperatures up to 25 °C in the original packaging to protect the product from moisture. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Do not use this product after the expiry date the expiry date indicated on the box and the packaging of the pouch after EXP. Shelf life applies the last day of the month indicated.
