The Need for Omega-3 Fatty Acids
The Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA found in Möller's products are important building blocks for all cells in the human body. The body cannot produce them efficiently on its own in sufficient quantities, so we must regularly supply them through our diet (preferably from fatty sea fish) or food supplements. Fish oil is suitable for both children and adults. Möller's fish oil is made from the highest quality cod liver—from fresh, wild-caught fish from the pure waters of the Norwegian Sea. Recommended dosage
For adults and children from 3 years, 5ml (one teaspoon) daily. Ideally with a meal (for faster absorption of the active ingredients). 5ml corresponds to the volume of a large teaspoon. Contains no sugar, lactose or gluten (suitable for coeliacs).
