MOVit Collagen Beauty is designed as a comprehensive supplementation for skin, skin, hair and nails. Its main ingredient is 100% natural, branded, hydrolyzed collagen type I Peptan® P 2000 LD. Collagen type I is the basic structural component of the skin. Zinc contributes to the normal condition of hair, nails and skin and provides protection against free radicals. Selenium helps maintain normal hair and nails and protects cells from oxidative stress. Its source is the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, which provides selenium in its natural form selenomethionine. The composition is supplemented with vitamins B5 and biotin, which contributes to the normal condition of hair and skin. Biosynthesis of skin collagen is supported by vitamin C, which is also an important antioxidant.
Why take collagen tablets?
Basically, there is no difference between taking tablets and taking the powder mixed in water/effervescent form/gel. If the tablet is sufficiently drunk, the contents are released in the stomach, similar to if you were to mix it in a glass of water and then drink it. By taking the tablets, we avoid the not-so-appealing taste of collagen, which may cause disgust in some users. In order to mask the unpleasant taste of collagen, flavourings/stabilizers/flavours are needed and most of the time the taste is still not pleasant. The tablet form is considered to be better than powder in sachets or gel for this very reason, that the tablets do not contain flavourings, preservatives, sugar, artificial sweeteners and other additives to such an extent, as must necessarily be the case with liquid/powder/gel moulds. If you want a pure product without unnecessary or harmful additives, choose collagen tablets instead.
