Each tablet contains 100 mg of magnesium in the form of citrate and 2 mg of vitamin B6. For maximum effect, 1 tablet 2 times a day is sufficient. Gluten-free, lactose, sugar, GMO, artificial sweeteners, dyes and preservatives. Suitable for vegans.

Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), filler: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizers: cross-linked salt of carboxymethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silica, pyridoxine hydrochloride, polishing agent: PVA. The product does not contain allergenic substances.
Recommended dosage
Adults 1 tablet 2 times a day.
