NVIDIA Blackwell architecture and AI technology
The card uses the NVIDIA Blackwell architecture with a GB203 chip, which introduces fifth-generation Tensor Cores with FP4 format support, ensuring maximum performance in AI. The streaming multiprocessors are optimised for neural shaders, while the fourth-generation ray tracing cores handle extensive geometry processing. DLSS 4.0 technology with Multi Frame Generation significantly increases frame rates while maintaining image quality. NVIDIA Reflex 2 with Frame Warp technology minimises latency, which is crucial for competitive gaming. The card also supports NVIDIA ACE technology for digital assistants, NVIDIA Broadcast for video enhancement, and the ninth-generation NVIDIA Encoder, which makes streaming more efficient.
Cooling system and construction
A trio of TORX FAN 5.0 fans on the large heatsink ensures quiet and efficient heat dissipation. The copper baseplate, combined with heat pipes, effectively transfers heat from the GPU. Zero Frozr technology stops the fans under low load, guaranteeing completely silent operation. A metal backplate helps with heat dissipation and protects components. The internal metal structure increases the overall mechanical stability of the card. The package includes a support bracket to attach to the case, which prevents the card from sagging.
Printed circuit board and power
The modified printed circuit board includes additional fuses for protection against electrical damage. A 2oz copper layer increases conductivity and improves heat dissipation from the board. The DrMOS power stage solution provides high efficiency with low losses and precise voltage regulation. High-quality ceramic-based thermal pads dissipate heat from key components on the board. The card is compatible with the SFF-Ready Enthusiast standard for builds in compact cases.
Software and compatibility
The MSI Center application enables real-time system monitoring, tuning, and optimisation. The AI Tuning feature automatically adjusts settings for AI applications. The MSI Afterburner tool offers advanced overclocking options and real-time parameter monitoring. MSI APP Player, developed in partnership with BlueStacks, bridges the gap between mobile and PC gaming. The card supports NVIDIA G-SYNC technology for smooth, tear-free visuals and comes with Game Ready and Studio drivers, which are available through the NVIDIA app.

Determining the utilization of the graphic card. Graphic card for multimedia or office has different parameters than a professional model, or a card for gaming.
The memory stores information necessary for graphic calculations. A higher number in the end indicates newer technology. Today's standard is the GDDR6/GDDR7.
Outputs for connection to a monitor. For analog, VGA connector is used, the digital is DVI or the newer HDMI and DisplayPort (DP). Digital interfaces offer better image quality, higher resolution (up...
The number of video outputs refers to the number of physical video connectors (HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, VGA, USB-C Alt-Mode...) present on the graphics card.
Indicates how many separate monitors can be connected to the card at the same time. The limit is determined by the chip's internal display units and the data throughput of the outputs.
OpenGL is a proven cross-platform graphics API that serves as a universal language between applications and GPUs. Although games today choose Vulkan or DirectX, it remains a key standard in professional CAD and 3D applications.
For removal of unwanted heat is used either the passive cooling (silent) or active cooling (fan). there is also the possibility of alternative cooling (water cooler).
TDP (Thermal Design Power, or the Proposed thermal power) is given in watts and is the highest possible heat output, which the cooling of the graphics card has to be able to spread into the...
Graphics cards with lower wattage power supply just need PCI-Espress slot, more powerful models with higher consumption require an additional power source.
To maximize the performance of your computer must have a sufficiently powerful source. The value is stated in watts, and indicates the minimum appropriate power source.
