The VRM heatsink covers the top MOSFET components and uses high-quality 7W/mK thermal pads along with additional cooling pads for the coils. Double-sided M.2 Shield Frozr covers with thermally conductive pads protect SSDs from overheating and maintain high performance during long-term use. The enlarged chipset heatsink reduces noise and is designed to limit dust build-up while maintaining high heat dissipation efficiency. The system supports automatic detection of PWM/DC fans and pumps, while the Frozr AI Cooling feature automatically adjusts fan speeds based on CPU and GPU temperatures for optimal performance and quiet operation.
