Dosage

It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days. Take the syrup on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.

About Bear Syrup

Bear syrup is primarily focused on calming and harmonizing the psyche. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it nourishes the Yin/Xue (blood) of Gan (Liver) and Xin (Heart), calms the spirit of Shen and takes away Re (heat).
