Dosage

Take on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances.
