Dosage

Always take the capsules after a meal (the fat helps absorb the curcumin), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age.

Curcumin is a pharmacologically active substance that is prepared by extraction from turmeric long (Curcuma longa). Curcumin itself is very poorly absorbed by the human body, so we add small amounts of pepper extract (piperine) and onion extract (quercetin) to curcumin to increase absorption by up to 2000%.
