Dosage

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. For example, in the form of an extract of the Brazilian Acerola cherry.

In its activity, Enoki is very similar to the Reishi mushroom, but lacks its ability to harmonize the psyche. MycoMedica Enoki is grown on elm and oak wood.
