About Heron Syrup
Heron syrup is a blend of traditionally used herbs that are selected in TCM for their ability to release heat, disperse toxins and promote harmony in the upper respiratory tract. The composition of the syrup is based on the principle of cooling Re (heat), removing Du (toxins) and strengthening the internal balance of the body. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, this type of prescription is appropriate when the body is facing external challenges related to heat imbalance, overload of the Wei layer (defensive Qi), or sudden transfer of a pathogen to the surface layers. With the addition of vital mushrooms, the syrup goes even deeper - Pornflower boosts Spleen Qi, removes dampness and supports defensive Qi (Wei Qi), while Agaricus supports the immune response and strengthens the body's defenses. Liquorice (Gan Cao) ensures the overall harmonization of the mixture and helps the normal function of the respiratory system.

Glucose syrup purified water. It does not contain caffeine, gluten, preservatives or dyes.
Recommended dosage
From 3 to 7 years:
1-2 scoops per 5 ml
From the age of 7:
2 - 4 scoops of 5 ml
5 ml measuring cup included in the package (5 ml = approx. 1 teaspoon) It is advisable to consult a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner. It is recommended to take it 5 days a week and skip 2 days. Take the syrup on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea.
Notice
The product is not intended for children under 3 years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintain a healthy health style.
Storage
Keep cool and dark. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.
