Milk thistle has excellent antioxidant and hepatoprotective effects. The main active ingredient silymarin supports normal liver function, detoxification/cleansing and regeneration. The effects of milk thistle are synergistically enhanced by the addition of dandelion root extract and the vital Reishi mushroom.
