Dosage

Take the capsules on an empty stomach (min. 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal), with water or weak green tea. In children, the dosage is reduced in proportion to age. When taking vital mushrooms, it is recommended to increase the intake of vitamin C, which increases the absorption of active substances. Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is one of the most widely used vital mushrooms. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years for its vitalizing effects.
