Acetylcysteine, the active ingredient in NAC AL, liquefies thick mucus in the bronchi and promotes expectoration. The product is used in persons aged 14 years and older for the treatment of acute and chronic respiratory diseases accompanied by the formation of mucus and moist cough.
Dosage
Dosing in respiratory diseases accompanied by mucus production and wet cough:
The recommended dosage of the product for adolescents from 14 years and adults is 2 times a day effervescent tablets or 1 times a day 1 effervescent tablet(i.e. 600 mg of acetylcysteine per day). The product can be taken for no longer than 5 days without consulting a doctor.
Dosing in mucoviscidosis:
Unless otherwise directed by a physician, the usual dosage is 1/2 effervescent tablet once daily for children 2 to 6 years of age and 1/2 effervescent tablet twice daily or 1 effervescent tablet once daily for children over 6 years of age (i.e. 600 mg of acetylcysteine per day).

NAC AL is used in adults and adolescents aged 14 years and older to treat acute and chronic respiratory diseases associated with mucus production and wet cough, such as. tracheitis or bronchitis (bronchitis). In acute diseases, the preparation can be used without consulting a doctor, in chronic diseases, the preparation can be used only on the recommendation of a doctor.
