Lucuma Naturalis BIO comes from the fruit of trees growing in the high valleys of the Peruvian Andes. After picking, the fruit is first stripped of its leathery skin. The delicious flesh, which tastes of vanilla and maple syrup, is dried and finally ground into a fine powder. This allows the safe distribution of the fruit without the risk of contamination and loss of nutritional value.
