Omega-3 fatty acids are very important for the human body and have a beneficial effect on our health. The body cannot make them on its own, so it is necessary to supplement them with food or supplements. NatureVia Omega 3 One a Day contains highly purified oil from wild anchovies from organic areas of Peru, which are particularly high in omega-3 fatty acids - eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Omega-3 fatty acids
EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. DHA in pregnant and breastfeeding women contributes to the proper brain and eye development of the fetus and the breastfed baby.

Recommended dosage
The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day. Take it after meals. Can be increased up to 3 capsules per day if needed, maintaining proper blood triglyceride levels with an intake of 2 g EPA + DHA per day.
