Cod liver oil from the Arctic Ocean. The cold Arctic Ocean, where cod live, is rich in nutrients and therefore high quality fish. Natural omega-3 Arctic cod liver oil comes from free fishing, where fishing takes place right near the Norwegian coast. The fish is processed within a few hours, which guarantees a high "freshness" of the oil.

Omega-3 Arktis (200 ml) is a purely natural cod liver oil from Arctic fisheries. A daily dose (10 ml, approx. 1 tablespoon) contains 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). The recommended dose of 2 g of oil corrects and helps with deficient omega-3 levels in the body, which can be demonstrated by measuring the omega-3 index.

- Natural cod liver oil - Our natural cod liver oil from Northern Norway contains a complex with more than 50 fatty acids. This natural fatty acid structure in fish is preserved during the extraction and purification process. Consuming unconcentrated natural omega-3 oil has a similar effect to consuming fish alone.

- Nuts and chia seeds contain ALA - as does flaxseed oil, which contains particularly high levels of ALA. Unfortunately, ALA can only be converted to the important marine omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA to a limited extent. The conversion factor is only 0.5-10% and is highly dependent on weight, metabolism and other factors. Scientific studies generally agree that ALA intake alone cannot regulate EPA and DHA deficiency.

Recommended dosage
