Solution 200 ml
The preparation is a combination of plant extracts with sedative (depressant) effect and guaifenesin. Guaifenesin removes fear and anxiety and relaxes the skeletal (striated) muscles. Without consulting a physician, the product is used to treat anxiety and irritability manifested by low performance, with fatigue, distracted, reduced concentration, insomnia, exhaustion and memory problems. It is also used to treat milder forms of insomnia and to treat headaches that are conditioned by psychological tension. If you do not feel better within 7 days or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor.
The registered medicinal product Novo-passit is intended for the treatment of:
symptoms that are caused by psychological tension
- intended for the treatment of anxiety conditions
- Irritability
- to treat milder forms of insomnia
- for headaches
Dosage and method of use
The usual dose is 5 ml of the preparation three times a day. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 10 ml three times a day. However, in case of undesirable decline, it is recommended to reduce the morning and midday dose by half, i.e. take 2.5 ml in the morning and 2.5 ml at noon, and then administer 5 ml in the evening. The dose may be adjusted according to the individual patient's response. There must be an interval of 4-6 hours between doses.
Contraindications
Do not give to children under 12 years of age. Novo-Passit should be administered during pregnancy and breastfeeding only when absolutely necessary. The use of Ambrobene in pregnancy and during breastfeeding will be decided by your doctor. Read the package insert carefully.
Storage
Always keep the product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not refrigerate, protect from frost. Keep the bottle in the box to protect the product from light. Do not dispose of any medicines in wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of products you no longer use. These measures help protect the environment.
