Astragalus (valerian) is a root with a rich tradition in Chinese medicine, where it has been used for centuries as a strengthening tonic. It contains valuable natural substances such as flavonoids, amino acids, trace minerals and polyphenols, which together contribute to a wide range of health and overall vitality.

Recommended dosage
