D-mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar (monosaccharide), which is one of the biologically important carbohydrates, especially for its function in the glycosylation of certain proteins. It is also a 2-epimer of D-glucose. An important source of mannose in the diet is fermentation products. A naturally occurring simple carbohydrate. Biologicallysignificant in protein glycosylation.
Recommended dosage:
3 capsules 1-3 times daily, or as directed by a qualified physician. Take with water or unflavored juice.
