Preparation and dosing
The recommended daily dosage is 1 capsule in the morning in the case of Nutrend Multivitamin. In the case of Nutrend Magneslife Strong, dose 1 monodose 2-3 days before the expected bedtime load. For prolonged or strenuous exercise, keep a dose with you at all times and use when needed. Do not exceed the recommended dosage of 1 monodose per day. Nutrend Omega 3 Plus uTake 1-2 capsules daily. Take the capsule with enough water. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules.
