Electrolytes are important minerals for hydration and proper body function. They are also ideal for any athlete before training.

Electrolytes are mineral substances that occur naturally in the body and are involved in the transmission of nerve impulses and fluid balance in the body. They are a common part of the daily diet and their intake is important not only during sports, but also during normal active days.

Muscles need the right balance of minerals to function naturally. Electrolytes are a natural part of the body and are involved in processes associated with neuromuscular activity. Potassium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function and, together with sodium, form an important part of the body's mineral balance. As a result, electrolytes are a common part of the diet of people who move regularly and want to maintain natural physical comfort as part of an active lifestyle.
