Ooni 14" Signature perforated pizza peel
Ooni 14" Signature perforated pizza peel
The Ooni Signature pizza peel is for easily handling both raw and cooked pizza. It combines a functional design with an aluminium head and a wooden handle. The head of the peel has a hard-anodised aluminium surface that is smooth and prevents the dough from sticking. Perforations in the peel's surface help to remove excess flour before placing it in the oven, while the walnut handle provides a comfortable grip.

Functional design for easy work
The square peel is made from hard-anodised aluminium, which has a completely smooth surface. This lets the pizza slide easily from the peel into the oven without sticking. The gradually tapered front edge makes it easy to slide under raw dough on your work surface without misshaping it. What's more, the perforations let excess flour fall through, which would otherwise burn in the oven and give the pizza a bitter taste. The balanced construction and walnut handle contribute to a comfortable hold.
