Optibac Bifido & Fibre contains probiotic and fibre specifically designed to support during irregular bowel movements and poorly functioning digestion. It contains the probiotic Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12 and added fibre, which together support regular digestive function.

The contained probiotics and fibre work in a gentle way, do not cause acute problems and do not cause dependence. Probiotics also have properties related to the so-called. the gut-brain axis. It has been scientifically described that our gut is connected to our brain by a network of neural connections. Thus, they influence each other - when the gut microbiome is in poor condition, the psychological state deteriorates. There is a drop in mood, a decrease in concentration and the development of depression. Taking care of the microbiome is therefore one of the basic prerequisites for a balanced mental state.

Recommended dosage
