Optibac Every Day is a dietary supplement containing a complex of high-quality probiotics designed for daily support. Suitable for both men and women, it can be used as a support for a defensive shield at high load, during recovery, while taking antibiotics or at any time, when we feel, that our digestive tract needs help. Every Day contains a total of 6 species of probiotic cultures from Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Lactococus strains (5 billion in total in 1 capsule), all of which have been proven to pass through the acidic environment of the stomach and reach the intestine. Added prebiotics (FOS = fructooligosaccharides, 88 mg in 1 capsule) help the probiotics to work.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. It can be increased to 2 capsules per day.
Notice
There is no substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. May contain traces of soy and milk (including lactose). Contains a moisture reducing pouch, do not consume or remove from open package. Always close the lid carefully after each opening.
