The Orion mechanical kitchen scale has a transparent, removable bowl with a 19.5cm diameter and a pouring spout. The bowl can be removed, allowing you to weigh items without it or replace it with any larger container. It's particularly useful when you want to weigh fruit and vegetables, meat from the farm, or flour for baking sweet and savoury treats. The ABS plastic base allows you to conveniently weigh ingredients up to 3kg, and the underside features silicone non-slip pads. The PS plastic bowl has a capacity of 1.4L. It is equipped with a non-slip thermoplastic rubber rim. Each increment on the clear, legible PVC plastic scale represents 25g, with a deviation of 25g. It weighs in kilograms but also has a scale in ounces and pounds. The weighed value can be monitored thanks to the indicator line next to the scale. And if you want to add more ingredients, simply reset the scale to zero (the TARE function). After use, the bowl can be washed in warm, soapy water, dried, and placed over the base for storage. This way, it doesn't take up much space in a drawer or cupboard.
