Active ingredients

It increases the level of folate in the mother. Low folate levels in pregnant women are a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus. Folate contributes to the growth of germ tissues during pregnancy and normal mental activity. The beneficial effect is achieved with a supplementary daily intake of 400 μg folic acid from at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception (target group: women of childbearing age).
