The Oscar DA-1200 auger juicer is equipped with a quality motor that operates at a speed of 70 rpm. The raw materials are first gently ground by a rotating screw and then pressed through a fine or coarse sieve. The result is a pure creamy juice almost without foam. The low juicing speed also ensures that too much air and heat does not enter the juice, as is the case with high-speed juicers.
