OstroVit - Astaxanthin FORTE is a food supplement of the highest quality containing natural astaxanthin extract. It was created for people for whom health, youthful appearance and well-being are a priority. Astaxanthin is a natural compound of the carotenoid family of the xanthophyll class, obtained mainly from seaweed (Haematococcus Pluvialis). It is present in most aquatic organisms and gives them their natural red colour (salmon, krill, seafood, etc. ). Astaxanthin, like other carotenoids, cannot be synthesized by humans, so it must be obtained through food or supplementation. Astaxanthin is undoubtedly an effective antiphlogistic agent.
