OstroVit BCAA + Glutamine is a high-quality dietary supplement designed for athletes and physically active people who want to supplement their diet with key amino acids. It contains branched-chain amino acids BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine) in a 2:1:1 ratio and L-glutamine, which supports recovery, muscle growth and muscle mass protection. Thanks to its powder form, it dissolves easily, has a pleasant taste and is quickly absorbed.

Active ingredients

Recommended dosage
Add 10 g (2.5 scoops) to 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings a day: one immediately after waking up, one after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
