MCT oil containing medium-chain fatty acids from the seeds of the oil plant. The product may contain milk (including lactose), Soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, Cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish, fish.
Recommended dosage
Take a 12 g serving of the product (2 tablespoons) twice daily with meals. The recommended serving of the product can be increased by 12 g every 3 days to get the optimal serving adapted to your needs. Consumption of a single amount of more than 100 g of the product may cause gastrointestinal upset.
