This dietary supplement is designed for people who have difficulty swallowing larger capsules or tablets - the capsules are smaller in size and easier to swallow. The product contains fish oil as a source of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) as well as vitamin E in the active form of D-alpha-tocopherol. One serving (2 capsules) provides 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 180 mg EPA and 120 mg DHA.
Why are omega-3s important?
Omega-3 fatty acids (especially EPA and DHA) are essential fats that the body cannot make on its own and need to be obtained through food or supplements. They contribute to normal heart function - a beneficial effect occurs with a daily intake of at least 250 mg EPA+DHA. In addition, DHA supports normal brain function and proper vision. Vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress and promotes the stability of unsaturated fatty acids in the body.

Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (2 capsules) daily, preferably after meals. Drink adequate amounts of water. Use in pregnant and lactating women in consultation with a physician.
