In addition to B vitamins, OstroVit Vitamin B Complex also contains vitamin C, a water-soluble exogenous compound called ascorbic acid. It is an organic substance from the group of polyhydroxy alcohols, which occurs naturally in fruits and vegetables, including acerola, blackcurrant, Lemon, kohlrabi, parsley or red peppers. This dietary supplement is also a source of vitamin E in the form of DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate. It is a fat-soluble vitamin, which means that a supply of fat is also necessary for its proper absorption. It is a substance stored mainly in adipose tissue and the adrenal glands, which is referred to as the "vitamin of youth". Vitamin E can be supplied to the body through daily diet - it is found in vegetable oils such as olive oil, sunflower oil and corn oil, as well as nuts and cereal seed germ, among others. - A concentrated source of B vitamins - the product provides the body with 1.1 mg of thiamine, 1.4 mg of riboflavin, 16 mg of niacin, 6 mg of pantothenic acid, 1.4 mg of vitamin B6, 50 μg of biotin, 200 μg of folic acid and 2.5 μg of vitamin B12.

Active ingredients
- B vitamins, in addition to folic acid, contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Recommended dosage
