Vitamin C is naturally found in foods, especially fresh vegetables and fruits. Ascorbic acid can be found, among other things, in acerola, blackcurrant, oranges or strawberries, in the hairdressing salon, Brussels sprouts, peppers or kohlrabi.

L-ascorbic acid (vit. C), filler hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, anti-caking agents magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Made in the facility, which uses ingredients derived from milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, shellfish and fish.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (1 capsule) daily.
