Harmonizes the body's energy balance
OVOSAN is a suspension of biologically active phospholipids BAF®. Phospholipids are generally a group of substances containing glycerol, fatty acids and phosphoric acid. Phospholipids have a number of important functions in the body (organism). They are an essential component of animal and plant organisms, where they are present as part of cellular and intracellular membranes and as part of lipoproteins. They are of great importance in nervous tissues, especially in the brain. J. Velíšek: textbook "Food Chemistry"- BAF® phospholipids are contained in cell membranes, in the muscles, the heart, kidneys, in the lungs, in the nervous system and bloodstream. Since the human body must constantly renew itself in order for the individual tissues to retain their vital activity, the diet must contain sufficient substances from which the body can create the necessary substances to renew and support the activity of its own tissues. With the increased need to protect tissues and especially cell membranes containing phospholipids, such substances should be supplied in the form of appropriate dietary supplements.

Ingredients
Refined sunflower oil, egg extract (phospholipids, neutral lipids), gelatin, moisturizing agent glycerol, purified water.
Ingredients of one capsule: egg extract 150 mg, of which the active ingredient egg Biologically active Phospholipids BAF min. 75 mg, cholesterol max. 1 mg, refined sunflower oil 350 mg, gelatin coating (gelatin, glycerol, water) 180 mg.
Recommended dosage
Adults:
The recommended daily dose is 2 to 9 capsules per day; in states of exhaustion and weakening of the body 9 capsules per day. Take the capsules preferably after meals. It is advisable to ensure an increased fluid intake (approx. 2.5 litres per day) for good kidney function and sufficiently rapid flushing of toxic substances from the body.
Children from 3 years old:
