TurboFan 4.0 cooling
The cooling system uses TurboFan 4.0 technology with an aerospace-inspired design that optimises airflow and increases cooling efficiency. The fan blades feature winglets to stabilise airflow and grooves on the back to reduce drag and noise. An Air Deflector directs airflow straight onto the heatsink fins, while composite heat pipes with a copper base efficiently dissipate heat from the GPU. 0dB technology ensures silent operation under lighter loads – the fans only spin up once the temperature reaches approximately 60°C or power draw exceeds 150W, so the card remains virtually silent during normal use.
Dual BIOS and setting flexibility
The card is equipped with Dual BIOS technology, letting you switch between two operating modes. Performance Mode prioritises maximum performance with a high fan curve for optimal cooling during demanding tasks. Silent Mode, on the other hand, prioritises quiet operation with a gentler fan curve, which is ideal for office work or less demanding applications. An added benefit is the support for Palit Maker technology, which allows users to customise the cooler shroud using 3D printing.
