Hobby Aqualon 250 g
Hobby Aqualon 250 g
Hobby Aqualon filter medium serves as a modern media for aquarium filters. It consists of a polymer fibre structure in the shape of small balls, which offer a large surface area for colonisation by nitrifying bacteria. The medium is suitable for both freshwater and marine aquariums and works with all types of internal and external filters. You can reuse it repeatedly after washing, with one 250g pack replacing approximately 900g of standard filter wool.

Effective filtration with reusable design
The basis of Aqualon medium is polymer fibres joined into small balls. This shape creates an extensive surface area that supports colonisation by nitrifying bacteria. Another benefit is its reusability – simply wash the medium in water when dirty and place it back in the filter. One 250g pack replaces approximately 900g of standard filter wool.
