A Unique Mixture of Sands
Based on findings from Repti Planet expeditions and trips to see reptiles and amphibians from all over the world, we have created a unique mixture of sands that mimics the habitat where these reptiles and amphibians actually live. It is important to realise, however, that only a small number of reptiles are found purely on sandy substrates. The SAND range is intended for these species. For reptile species that do not live exclusively in a sandy environment, the ideal solution is to use Repti Planet Natural Habitat – EARTH substrates.
